• Price conditions
  • €24 per seat and route, taxes included.
  • Children up to 14 years old pay €12, taxes included; you can purchase a child ticket from the driver on the bus.
  • Tickets can be booked online up until the bus departure time.
  • Online bookings can be paid using PayPal, credit card, or direct debit.
  • Tickets can be purchased on board from the driver using debit and credit cards; cash payments are not accepted.
  • There are no group discounts available.
  • The "Deutschlandticket" is not valid on this service.
  • The fare includes the specified free baggage allowance (20 kg suitcase + 7 kg hand baggage). For additional baggage, an extra ticket can be purchased directly from the driver (€10 per luggage).
• Children/babies
  • Every child/baby requires a seat.
  • Children up to 3 years of age require a child seat/baby seat brought by the passenger.
  • Baby carriages are transported free of charge in the luggage compartment.

• Cancellation & rebooking
  • Ticket cancellation or rebooking is not allowed.
  • A name change is free of charge and can be made by sending an e-mail to support@airportweezeshuttle.com
• Flight delay
  • The bus waits up to 10 minutes after the scheduled departure time for delayed flights and passengers with reservations.
  • The exception is the last trip of the day from Weeze Airport, where the bus waits for delayed passengers until 00:15, potentially resulting in a slightly longer wait than 10 minutes.
  • If a flight delay causes you to miss your bus, the next available connection can be used with a booked ticket, subject to seat availability.
• Luggage
  • Per ticket, the following baggage can be transported:
    • 1x suitcase/bag with a maximum weight of 20 kg
    • 1x hand baggage with a maximum weight of 7 kg
  • Additional pieces of luggage, bulky and sports gear
    • Additional luggage (suitcases) can be transported without prior registration. An additional ticket for €10 can be purchased directly from the driver (payment: PayPal/credit/debit card).
    • For bulky/sports luggage, please register by e-mailing support@airportweezeshuttle.com. An additional ticket for €10 can be purchased directly from the driver (payment: PayPal/credit/debit card).
  • Wheelchairs & rollators
    • Foldable wheelchairs and rollators are transported free of charge in the luggage compartment.
• Animals
  • Animals are not transported, except for guide dogs, which can be registered via support@airportweezeshuttle.com

  • Our buses are equipped with air conditioning and comfortable seating.
